Catching Up

Life has been busy since the last posting. My apologies for not getting here sooner!

First up, Vincent the Lagotto Romagnolo pup. Highly reactive to everyone and everything, as of this posting, he is almost 7 months old. I’ve been working with him and his family since December of last year [2024]. Through slow exposure to triggers, Vincent has been making good progress, and he’s learning to trust his handler. Glimmer has been brought out of retirement to help him become desensitized… and, to help his handlers feel what it’s like to handle a calm dog. Mom needs some extra care and attention with anxiety and a tendency towards leash tension and anticipating, and Glimmer provides tremendous support and encouragement as only she can. Sessions are on hold for the next couple of weeks, as Vincent is having minor surgery and will be recovering. We’ll resume once the vet gives us the all-clear.

Next, we’re all busy. We don’t have tons of time to pore through things when we’re looking for specific information. I designed this website with that in mind, and I’m always looking at ways to keep things fresh but efficient for you. If there’s anything you would like to see added, removed, or adjusted, please take a moment to leave me a comment.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who likes, follows, and subscribes to me here, on Facebook, and on YouTube. It means a lot to me, and I am truly grateful for your support. ♥

Have a great day, and remember to stay calm and lead on. 🙂
