Happy 2026 to everyone. I hope this new year has started off positively for you, and that you have happiness, good health, joy, and success in your lives going forward.
Two days before Christmas, I became very ill with a vicious stomach bug. It has left me weak, exhausted, unable to take in solid food, and forced to postpone classes and turn away new clients. BUT: I am finally, albeit slowly, starting to turn around – and that’s why I’m here now.
While I am still unable to meet with clients or take on new clients in person, I can offer virtual sessions. Once I’m back on my feet again, in-person sessions will resume. I know this is not an ideal situation – hands-on is always better and more effective – but it’s better than nothing at all. And, as I said, it’s only temporary; I will be with you in person again once I’m back on my feet.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience. I look forward to seeing you all again sooner rather than later. Have a great day, and remember to stay calm and lead on.
Sorry ya feeling blah… Can understand though, Deb has been dealing with similar for the past week as well, she too is slowly climbing out of it, but what a week its been..lol. I’m sure clients will understand, when nature takes over, there’s not much one can do… Nasty flu going around, hope ya feel better soon my friend and things get back to normal for you.

Yeah… It’s been a rough few weeks with this bug. I’m so sorry to hear Deb is dealing with it, too; it’s not anyone’s idea of a good time, that’s for sure. I haven’t been able to take in solid foods, so I’ve just been living on Ensure and chicken soup (when my stomach can handle it). I can’t do much physical activity; this bug has made my muscles weak as a newborn kitten. 😛 It sucks. Please tell Deb she’s not alone in this, and that she’s in my thoughts and prayers for recovery. And thank you for visiting me here, Fred; I really appreciate hearing from you. ♥
