Cancellation Reminder
Good morning. Happy Thursday! This is just a friendly reminder about cancellations of scheduled lessons [packages or courses] with less than 24 hours’ notice.
With the exception of unexpected emergencies – if you, the client, cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will be counted as “completed”. However, if I have to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice to you, the missed lesson will be made up as soon as is reasonably possible.
