This needs to be said – not just for me, but for every trainer who has experienced this.
RESPECT YOUR TRAINER. You committed to a specific training schedule with your trainer, and your trainer has set aside that time just for you and scheduled other clients around that. It’s your responsibility to make sure you stick to that schedule; it’s not your trainer’s job to remind you every single time.
If you can’t make your lesson, have enough respect for your trainer to give them at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or change. When you cancel without notice, your trainer doesn’t have a chance to fill that spot. It’s not fair to the trainer, and it’s not fair to other people who have been waiting for an available opening.
Daylight hours have been decreasing and temperatures have been getting cooler. Training lessons are held outdoors as often as possible; to make the most of them while still ensuring your dog’s comfort and safety, winter training hours are now in effect: Mon – Fri: 10am – 5pm
For more information, visit the Contact page. Please note: If you and your dog are currently registered in the Beginners Obedience program or the lessons bundle, unless temperatures drop below -12ºC, the schedule we initially set will be maintained.
Thanks, and have a great day and a great week. Remember to stay calm and lead on…
