We met Holly when we rescued our dog, Chispa, less than a year ago. She was found starved and had mange; she was in rough shape when she came here to Canada. She had no training whatsoever.
Thankfully we have Holly. It was stressful for the first little while – we were completely unprepared on how to train her. She had separation anxiety, which triggered my own separation anxiety from the last dog that I’d had, making it doubly worse.
Holly isn’t just a dog trainer. I think she’s a people trainer too, because she gave me this inner courage and inner confidence to feel calm and confident that I could really support Chispa coming into our house; that she could relax knowing that I had everything under control. I can’t tell you what a gift it was for our family, what a gift it’s been to our dog, Chispa, and to the other animals in our house. We have two cats now, and with the skills that I learned through Holly I’ve been able to have such a smooth transition bringing new animals into the house. It’s incredible. Holly is very skilled, she’s very loving to both pets and humans. I can’t tell people enough how valuable her services have been for the health of our family and the happiness of our family. Thank you from me and from Chispa.
